WordPress integration

WordPress plugins

Connect a WordPress website to MapAPlace, manage maps in WordPress admin, and publish them with the MapAPlace Gutenberg block. Map content remains in MapAPlace and is requested through the connected WordPress site. A free account includes up to 3 maps, with up to 100 markers per map.

Connect your website

Link a WordPress website to your MapAPlace account from the Connection screen. WordPress sends your login once over HTTPS and stores the automatically issued, scoped credentials in encrypted form.

Manage maps in WordPress

Create, edit, preview, publish and delete maps from WordPress according to the MapAPlace capabilities assigned to the current WordPress user.

Choose a published map in the block editor, preview it while editing the page, and set its displayed height in the block settings sidebar.
